Rina Shah is India's first woman polo player and the founder and owner of Rinaldi Polo and Rinaldi Design. Being a passionate DJ and a Drummer, she also founded Totem, Goa.
What is your wellness philosophy?
According to me, wellness is a way of life. It brings a sense of aliveness to your life, this also helps me honour my mind, body and soul.
Your success mantra?
Be focused, Work Hard and be Disciplined.
A lesson you learned from making a mistake?
Don't be distracted or discouraged, one must have a will to keep going. Practice makes you perfect and a few failures should not make you quit.
Any piece of advice for all the women out there?
Don't be intimidated by anything around you, remember you are far more stronger than you think you are. You should be focused and keep moving forward towards your dream.
What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?
Becoming India's first Women Polo player at the age of 40.
