Preine Pereira is the Co-founder at Studio Palasa, a brand that specializes in supply of fiberglass planters for indoor and outdoor spaces, and also provides expertise in garden makeover.

What is your wellness philosophy?

My main criteria for wellness is mental well being. A happy and calm mind can do wonders to you. I have put together a space of zen for myself, which is filled with plants and a water body. That is my go-to zone to relax and unwind after a hectic day.

Your success mantra?

I'm a positive person by nature and I've learned that being positive works wonders for you and the people around you. I also believe in manifesting my thoughts to the universe, and that vision always finds a way back to me.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

Mistakes are always a part of growing. Always consider mistakes a part of your growth because without mistakes, the solution would not exist.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Don't be afraid to do something you love. Put yourself first this year and see the magic unfold. Break the barriers that society has set for women!

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

Believing in myself. From starting Palasa 6 years ago, with a vision of creating beautiful planters for homes and offices, it has always been a dream come true to see my products all across the globe today!
