Japnah Gambhir is the Founder and Designer of Majestic by Japnah – a timeless high fashion clothing brand blending her experiences from Brazil and the USA.

What is your wellness philosophy?

You really have to want it—it’s long hours, it’s hard work, it’s not as glamorous as it seems. Even in this position, you’re still working really hard, so you have to have a real love of what you do in order to sustain it.

Your success mantra?

In the context of business, learning new things from skills to processes has been paramount to my success.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

I have learnt that You can have the best product, the best tools, etc. but if you do not know your customers, it is not going to work. So it’s really important to know who is your target customers and the best way to reach out to them.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

I see a lot of women lack self-confidence, so my only advice would be to have full confidence in yourself and your dream.
