Celebrating the Doyenne: Hiral Sheth Gandhi

“For most of history, Anonymous was a woman.” ~ Virginia Woolf. On this International Women’s Day, GlobalSpa recognizes and celebrates the women in the industry as we delve into their success mantra they follow, mistakes that have helped them grow, and of course, their WELLNESS philosophy.

Hiral Sheth Gandhi, Director – Marketing, Sheth Creators, is an experienced and effective leader who adapts to ever-changing real estate trends and believes in creating a difference in her every endeavour.

What is your wellness philosophy?

I follow a holistic approach to wellness and believe in the connection of the mind, body, and spirit. I believe they are based on the evidence that optimal well-being does not just emphasize on physical health, but on the person as a whole, by taking into consideration the emotional, spiritual, and intellectual aspects of an individual. My wellness philosophy reflects in offering redefined spaces that bring in an aura of physical and mental well-being. The satiated smiles on the happy faces lend me immense gratitude taking me a step closer to bestowing them with healthier living.

Your success mantra?

A quote that aptly sums up my success mantra is ‘fall down seven times, but stand up the eighth time’. It highlights the importance and the connection between success and failure. For me, hard work, sincerity, and commitment is the recipe to achieve success and have a major role to play in getting me closer to my vision. Work being my worship, I believe there is nothing like seeing your tireless grind bring your achievement.

A lesson you learned from making a mistake?

Committing mistakes is alright, what matters is how you learn from your errors and improvise yourself. I consider my team to be my asset and believe that teamwork, talent and innovation helps in multiplying success.

Any piece of advice for all the women out there?

Women are inherently blessed with the ability to multi-task with exceptional interpersonal skills which facilitates them to perform well in any competitive sector. I truly believe successful women communicate a feeling of empowerment for other women to follow, thus enabling them to build each other with healthy competition. Women stepping into competitive positions must bear in mind that there should be no substitute for hard work, stay focused, empower yourself with knowledge, work with passion and there will be nothing stopping you from scaling heights with every deal you strike.

What has been your biggest pride as a doyenne?

Having forayed into the real estate industry and being able to make an impact in delivering with excellence has put me on a breakneck growth trajectory from which there has been no looking back. My greatest pride would be getting smiles on the faces of the families who have shown immense trust in our offerings. India is not too far behind when it comes to women taking charge in the real estate space. The industry might not have an abundant dosage for women leading from the front, but this stereotype seems to have fragmented with young and able women with a verve choosing to bring innovation to this field.
