Little Things That Make A Huge Difference

If you are thinking about making positive changes in your life and not sure where to start from? Here are few points by Ram Chatterjee, Wellness Director, to look back at all the big changes these little things have made.

As Robert Brault has said, "Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things." There is never a correct time to improve your lifestyle and creating a positive mindset than starting NOW! Let the following things start slowly and build them up to follow them all. Even though these things are little and might seem slow, they will definitely matter.

.) Make your bed after getting up.

.) After brushing your teeth, have two glasses of warm water.

.) After getting up in the morning, laugh aloud for at least 30 seconds. It sets a positive mood and most likely keeps you cheerful for the entire day.

.) Close your eyes after a loud laugh for one minute, this will help you to be determined and focused for the day.

.) Learn pranayama and practice it every day. This will help you to reduce stress and increase focus.

.) Listen to your favourite music every day at least for 15 minutes. This is a great way to change your mood.

.) Think positive for a better life. Unfortunately, many people do not take this step seriously. How many people do you think who reflect on positive thinking are working towards it?

.) Read any book/magazine for one hour daily. This is a good habit and can boost your inner confidence.

.) Get involved with at least one creative activity music/art/sport etc. in a regular interval. This can help you to learn something new and reduce boredom.

.) Try to walk 10,000 steps every day.

.) Before you sleep at night, contemplate the entire day's activities.

.) Switch off all electronic devices an hour early before sleeping. This will help you for better sleep.
