In a dazzling display of glitz and glamour, the world of wellness was swept off its feet at the GlobalSpa Awards 2023, held on 13th September at The St. Regis Mumbai. The red carpet was set ablaze with some of the biggest names in the hospitality, travel, and the entertainment industry.
Curated in association with Austria National Tourism Office, India as our Sustainable Destination Partner, The St. Regis Mumbai as the hospitality partner, MGC Global as the audit partners, BMW as our mobility partter, ELE | NA, our Wellness Partner, and Episode Silver as our trophy partner, the event felicitated spas, hotels, beauty brands, and celebrities for their contribution in the wellness space.
GlobalSpa Awards 2023 was hosted by the lovely Kubbra Sait, who effortlessly commanded the stage with her enthusiasm. More than 80 awards were given to prominent spas, wellness centres, exotic destinations, spa professionals, and beauty brands. Undisputed winners in each of their various categories included Ananta Spa & Resort Pushkar, Six Senses Vana, JW Marriott Goa and Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru, in the audited awards, to AIUla, Kimirica, and Fiji getting the recognition in the readers choice awards category – such was the range.
Among the luminaries who graced the occasion were Rekha, the GlobalSpa Eternal Icon; Manish Malhotra, the Global Couture Visionary of the Year; Sania Mirza, GlobalSpa Sports Trailblazer; Aparshakti Khurana, Breakthrough Performer of the Year, Babil Khan, GlobalSpa Rising Star of the Year (Male), and many others.
The evening also unveiled the cover of GlobalSpa’s Wellness Special issue with Sobhita Dhulipala on the cover. An array of prominent celebrities graced this year’s extravagant gathering, including names like Raashi Khanna, Manushi Chhillar, Vaani Kapoor, Angad Bedi, Maniesh Paul, Randeep Hooda, Radhika Madan and many others. Their presence on the red carpet added an exceptional sparkle to the event.
Now in its fifth year, the prestigious GlobalSpa Awards is an annual celebration of all things wellness. It’s a night where wellness meets glamour, and people in wellness take centre stage and enjoy the spotlight. The wellness industry is here to grow and the nominations and guests attending the evening are an endorsement to the same.
