Renewals for Re-opening
Entirely restructuring their day-to-day operations post-lockdown, JCB introduced ‘JCB 2.0’ - an innovative service format including waterless manicures and pedicures, home services with salon experts, and strict safety protocols within the presence of an on-duty doctor at all times. The salon also inverted their Home Services menu to offer specialized technical salon services such as Hair Color, Smoothening, and Spa amenities right in the comfort of the client’s home. A more holistic approach too has been equipped by the salons, infusing beauty and wellness in their services.

Vaccinations on Priority
JCB organized vaccination drives for all employees to get vaccinated within the first week of their re-opening. From organizing educational sessions to increase awareness about the need for vaccines, both medically and economically, to boosting the employee morale to resume functioning in a stress-free and safe environment, the salon had observed an increase in not only quantity output but quality as well.
A committee of operational managers, industry experts, doctors, and servicing staff was appointed, titled the ‘JCB Task Force’, in order to certify all measures from the JCB 2.0 Safety Manual were being judiciously implemented across all JCB salons in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune.
