2. Amankora Paro, Bhutan Offers a Restorative Wellness Experience
Amankora Paro will open a Hammam Spa House, providing an entirely private sanctuary. The spa house features a double treatment room, steam room, cold plunge, outdoor pool, hot bath and relaxation lounge. Providing bespoke hammam journeys combining exfoliating body scrubs, aromatic soaps and invigorating massages, choose from a 90-minute Hammam Treatment, a half-day immersion including a full-body massage and nourishing lunch or a Spa House Upgrade for extended use of the facilities. Also new at Paro is the Iglu Sauna, a striking riverside sauna crafted from natural materials and inspired by Eastern European and Scandinavian banya tradition. Sofitel Spa at Sofitel Mumbai BKC has unveiled the Art of Sleep Spa experience designed to restore the body’s natural sleep rhythm. The offering includes two distinct rituals, available throughout April and May. 8. Chiva-Som Hua Hin Invites Runners to Experience Wellness at the Hua Hin Marathon

The Hua Hin Marathon 2026 returns on 10th May, organised by the Preserve Hua Hin Group, led by Chiva-Som. From the 5km fun run to the full 42km, the runners will enjoy a picturesque route with scenic coastal views and rolling hills of Hua Hin. Beginning and ending at the Buddhist temple Wat Khao Krailart, runners will also experience the spirit of the local community.
