Flow Brew & Dine: The Newest Hotspot in South Delhi for Foodies

Head to this all-new restaurant and bar for a culinary adventure

Every weekend, the bustling malls and complexes of Saket, Delhi are flooded with shoppers, foodies, and party goers. As the newest entrant to the thriving dining and drinking scene in the area, Flow Brew & Dine has opened its doors in COMMONS at DLF Avenue. I had a chance to visit the outlet to experience the ambience and try out their menu. By the time I was through with the evening, I was already planning my next visit. Here’s everything I enjoyed about the restaurant and bar.

A Fluid Space

When you first enter Flow, you are greeted by a long gallery, with a microbrewery on your right and tinted mirror glasses on your left. The outlet itself is huge—5500 square feet of indoor space and a stunning outdoor dining area of 3500 square feet that overlooks the city. The tastefully designed interiors, which fit the bill for all-day dining as well as evening events, are reflective of the restaurant’s muse, a shapeshifting octopus that adapts according to its environment.

Journeying with Diverse Cuisines

If you enjoy fusion food, you’re in for a treat. Curated by Chef Ruchira Hoon and executed by Chef Kunal Bahl, the food menu is a genius blend of Asian, Modern European, Indian, and Mediterranean cuisines. My personal favourite from the appetizers was the Kerala Fish Fry, a masterclass in coastal flavours. Their wide range of sushi and dim sum selections are sure to win over any Asian cuisine foodie.

With kebabs fresh from the tandoor, comfort favourites like the Pub-style Fish and and Chips, Neapolitan-style pizzas, and Asian make-your-own-meal-bowl options, Flow has something for everyone. Don’t forget to save room for dessert—their Espresso Magnum is a decadent fantasy of orange compote, coffee cremeux, and fudge cake that will melt in your mouth and leave you wanting more.

Handcrafted Cocktails and More

With the biggest brewery and longest bar in Delhi, Flow has set high standards for its bar menu. Concocted by India’s well known mixologist, Yangdup Lama, the bespoke cocktails tell a story with every sip. As a big fan of bloody mary, I was curious to try out The Bloodiest Mary, a heady twist on the classic cocktail with Indian infused masala. The bar menu also features international beers and a wide collection of the best liquors from around the world.
