 Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian Diet

Lacto-Ovo vegetarians include dairy products, eggs and exclude poultry, meat and sea foods from their diets. A well-planned Lacto-Ovo vegetarian diet can reduce the risk of diabetes and heat diseases that helps one maintain healthy weight.

Pescatarian Diet

Someone who adds fish and seafood to a vegetarian diet, but does not eats meat is a Pescatarian. A Pescatarian diet includes fruits, vegetables, fish, eggs and whole grain products. Pollotarian Diet

Pollotarian diet includes eating of fish, dairy products, chicken and eggs. In Pollotarian diet, most people don’t consider them as vegetarians as they eat poultry products. In this particular diet, avoiding red meat results in a lot of health benefits.

Vegan diet

Any type of products that are animal-based are not included in the Vegan diet. Vegan diet excludes meat, poultry, fish and researches have proved that a person following a vegan diet is much healthier than the one who follows animal-based diets.
